Cambodia: Mekong River Flood

Dear brothers and sisters,  

Greetings from EFC
Relief and Disaster Management Department, 

We would like you all to keep remember and pray for families who are affecting by Mekong River flood in some provinces in Cambodia. The province strongly affecting is Stung Treng then Kratie, and Kompong Cham province is in high level to be noticed. There are many districts located along the Mekong River is flooding in Strung Treng and Kratie Province. Hundreds of field rice are flooding, however, the information from an government officer of Water and Methodology Ministry told that the Flooding level is decreasing slowly in Stung Treng and Kratie.  

EFC Relief and Disaster Management Department is contacting to local churches there to find out the ways to respond this flooding, not only think about resources support, but what we strongly focus on, local church there should be encouraged and mobilized using their local resources such as human and other resources to help their communities.  

Therefore, please keep remember and pray for these things.
